OPPORTUNITY SELECTION
So you see, we're going to select the managers on the basis of the specified criteria.
We'll provide information on the fund in question, on the platform, and you'll get our analysis of why we selected a particular fund, so you'll have our entire file available, our investment committee.
STRUCTURING INVESTMENT VEHICLES
We're going to structure the investment vehicles. So the idea, as I said at the outset, is to create a French vehicle, an FPCI: a professional private equity fund, in which we will in fact aggregate all the individual tickets in order to reach critical size.
The idea is to target a population of investors we call professionals or assimilated.
These are people who will invest a minimum of 100,000 euros in an investment fund or a fund of investment funds.
We're going to organize everything to do with subscriptions and the signing of subscription forms, so it's all done through the platform.
You will be guided through the questions required by the AMF to validate your investor profile, and the subscription form is automatically generated and sent to you by electronic signature.
INVESTMENT MONITORING
In terms of monitoring, you obviously have access to reporting throughout the investment period, with all your calls for funds, distributions and the net asset value of your units, which is calculated once every six months.
This value is calculated, of course, on the basis of the information we receive from the underlying funds, and is tailored to your profile according to the fund in which you have invested and the corresponding fees.
