An Experienced and Dynamic Team

Nicolas is an experienced private equity and venture capital investor with 25 years of experience. He co-founded Archinvest in 2022 with Emilie and Pierre-Olivier to support private equity investors. After starting out at Morgan Stanley in London, he participated in the development of the European Alpha Private Equity fund as a Partner for 15 years, then joined the Vitruvian fund team (Growth Private Equity, €20 Mrs under management, Top decile performance) as Managing Director for 7 years in London, then today as Special Advisor. Nicolas is a graduate of HEC and has an MBA from INSEAD. He is also the co-founding Chairman of the France-Asia Foundation and a member of the YPO network.

Emilie is an investment specialist with extensive experience in supporting non-listed companies both in France and internationally. In 2004, Emilie began her career at PAI Partners, followed by roles at CIBC and Privet Capital. In 2016, Emilie co-founded the investment platform French Partners, executing over 50 investments in Private Equity funds and growth-oriented SMEs. Emilie is a graduate of Paris Dauphine.

Pierre-Olivier is an experienced investor with over 20 years in Private Equity. After starting his career at Arthur Andersen, he spent more than 18 years at the American fund Carlyle in Paris, where he coordinated numerous LBO transactions. He then continued his career at Montagu and Alpha funds before co-founding Archinvest. Pierre-Olivier is a graduate of Paris Dauphine.

Alexandre is Development Director in charge of Partner Relations. Previously, he worked at Amplegest and notably at Octo AM, where he was in charge of distributing bond products to wealth management advisors, institutional investors, private bankers and family offices. He is a graduate of the Paris School of Business.

Victor is the Business Development Manager at Archinvest. He holds a Master 2 in Corporate Banking & Finance from the Grande École program at TBS Éducation and began his career in 2019 at HSBC, where he was responsible for managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients.

Noémie is the Business Development Manager at Archinvest. She holds a Master 2 in Money, Banking, Finance, and Insurance from the University of Montpellier. Noémie began her career in 2019 at Crédit Agricole as an assistant in structured product sales, and later moved to LCL Private Banking, where she managed relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Charles is Investment Director at Archinvest, primarily responsible for selecting funds and co-investments in private equity. He holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University. Charles started his career in M&A at Lazard and later at Alantra, where he advised European and American private equity funds on their LBO transactions for over 5 years. Charles now contributes to the selection of products offered by Archinvest.

Romain is Investment Director at Archinvest,primarily responsible for selecting funds and co-investments in private equity. He holds a Master in Business Management from EDHEC Business School and a Diploma in Finance & Accounting from the London School of Economics. Romain began his career with several experiences in private equity, including at IDIA, Quilvest, and Rothschild & Co, before spending over 4 years at Callisto as a financial advisor to management in LBO transactions.

Raphaël is Chief Financial Officer at Archinvest. He holds a Master's degree from the Grande École program at emlyon business school. He began his career in financial audit at PwC before joining the Transaction Services team at Eight Advisory, where he assisted private equity funds and corporates with M&A transactions and refinancing operations.

Sofien is the Director of Back Office Operations and Fund Administration at Archinvest. He holds an MSc in International Business from INSEEC. With over 8 years of experience, Sofien previously worked as Head of Regulatory and Financial Reporting at QNB Group for 6 years and as a Fund of Funds Accountant at Alter Domus in Paris for 2 years.

Chaïma is a member of the back-office and fund administration team. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from Montpellier Business School and IAE. Before joining Archinvest, Chaïma held positions in the Finance department at CACEIS, RBC and Crédit Agricole Assurance France for nearly 3 years in Luxembourg and Paris.

Ali is Digital Manager at Archinvest, in charge of digital projects. He holds a specialized Master’s degree in Digital Marketing & Data from KEDGE Business School and a Master’s in Marketing and Sales Management from ENCG in Casablanca. Previously, Ali held roles as Digital Project Manager and UX Project Manager at the digital agency Geb Analysis and then at Engie.
