Archinvest is the name of the new private equity investment platform launched by Emilie Loyer-Buttiaux and Pierre-Olivier Desplanches.
The structure is aimed at independent asset managers and family offices, and offers solutions starting from 100,000 euros (25,000 euros annually, invested over four years), covering a variety of private equity strategies (LBO, infrastructure, growth, private debt, real estate) and geographical areas (France, Europe, USA, Israel). Among the managers accessible via the platform are PAI Partners, Carlyle, Bridgepoint and IK Partners. The fully digitized offering is structured around three open-architecture products: a "multi-fund" product, a "single fund" product and a "co-investment" product.
This launch marks the acceleration of the historic strategy of co-investment in Venture Capital co-founded by Emilie Loyer-Buttiaux under the name French Partners. Over the past five years, her team has invested 80 million euros alongside a community of entrepreneurs and family offices in some forty young companies. Since then, Pierre-Olivier Desplanches (LBO investor for twenty years, including eighteen years with the Carlyle fund in Paris) and Aymeric Plassard (former director of finance and operations at Weinberg Capital, PAI Partners and Quaero) have joined Archinvest to develop these new strategies. Archinvest is also supported by Nicolas Macquin, several family offices and French entrepreneurs.
The structure's ambition is to raise 100 million euros in its first year. The management company, which was approved this year, has recruited two sales managers to ensure its development in France and Europe.
